PRODUCT DETAILS
A pure, natural spirit with a distinctive flavour of the grain from which it originates. The essence extracted from local Lublin-area produce through distillation in our copper alembics. A tribute to the revival of the Polish craft distillery tradition with a modern twist. Freshness, aroma, and smooth taste, bottled especially for you.
Tasting Notes
The aroma is rich with dark milk chocolate, chocolate with raisins, strawberries, dried apricots, candied kumquats, sharon, dates, ladyfingers, and a chocolate-covered Danish wafer. The palate is delicacy with orange filling, fruitcake with dried orange peels, oranges with cloves, and a hint of ground cocoa. The finish is spiced with pepper, cloves, Polish herb, and chocolate, now more bitter than dark.

Rye Okowita OZ/2
was distilled on 13 November 2023. Matured first in a medium-charred French oak barrel, then finished in a Pedro Ximenez cherry barrel. Bottled on November 21, 2025. Limited edition of 150 bottles.
