Tasting Notes
The raw material for this spirit was beer from the inBRAND brewery brewed in the IPA style. This spirit surprised me a bit. I expected a very light, fruity distillate, but instead we have a heavier aroma okowita. The dominant notes are malty, hay-like, even slightly smoky. Red, sweet fruits appear afterwards. On the palate, it’s very mineral, with a lot of sweetness and still plenty of maltiness. The finish is quite long, with mown grass, fruit compote, and plenty of malty notes that accompany us throughout the tasting.
Marcin Młodożeniec – columnist, judge at the Warsaw Spirits Competition, holder of the WSET Level 2 in Spirits certificate, graduated from the Aqua vitae Vodka Academy.

The result of collaboration with the local craft brewery inBRAND from the Lublin area. This time turned our hand to an IPA beer. To distill one bottle of beer brandy, we needed 9 beers.
