The result of passion and nature combined. This unique spirit was crafted from buckwheat honey – dark, intense, and full of depth. The honey comes from the apiary of local beekeeper Jarosław Baran, located in Rzeczyca Księża, Trzydnik Duży.
To produce one 0.7L bottle, we used 1 kilogram of honey, which imparted a subtle, natural aroma to the distillate.
The aging process in a French oak cask enriched the spirit with a warm amber hue and delicate notes of noble wood.
